First Fridays In Norfolk

First Fridays, everybody's favorite Downtown Norfolk street party, is returning — and it is truly bigger and better than ever, getting the whole neighborhood in on the fun! First Fridays is now a 16-block party, and, thanks to a new ABC local special event license, you can take that party with you throughout Downtown.

That's right: during First Fridays, alcoholic beverages purchased at participating bars and restaurants can be taken with you out of the restaurants and into the 16-block party. Just like those other cities you may have visited, you will be able to mix and mingle while exploring Downtown with your favorite beverage in hand.

DNC will not be selling beverages as we have in the past, so there won't be ticket or beer tents; but instead, participating Downtown businesses will have libations galore for purchase, and DNC will make sure there is music, entertainment, and that beloved First Fridays street party vibe.
